Masha Bobo, a seasoned healthcare consultant, brings over two decades of expertise from diverse roles in business management and healthcare administration. With a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Master's in Healthcare Administration specializing in IT Management, she excels in bridging the gap between business strategy and healthcare operations. Having served as a Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) Senior Program and Quality Oversight Manager, Masha facilitated regulatory audit submissions and led Quality Oversight Committees with finesse. Leveraging her entrepreneurial spirit, she founded Strategic Consultant to address critical challenges in the healthcare industry, focusing on proactive strategies for sustainable change. Masha is dedicated to empowering organizations to navigate the complexities of the healthcare industry and regulatory compliance, ensuring the delivery of patient-centric services at the highest standards.

Michelle Gattshall
Michelle Gattshall is a healthcare systems and quality expert with a Master’s degree in Public Health and a professional certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. With over 25 years of combined industry experience in medical research and healthcare, she has a demonstrated history of implementing and improving clinical workflows and operational systems across a wide variety of medical arenas. Some of her previous medical environments include population health, clinical trials, medical data and analytics, healthcare quality and specialty medicine. She has designed end-to-end processes and roadmaps for numerous projects including clinical trial patient management, investigational chemotherapy workflows, quality governance and control processes, regulatory quality submissions (such as the HEDIS program) and Medicare 5 Star improvement strategies. Her facilitative/coaching style allows effective collaborations with teams, ensuring that the most relevant and effective solutions are implemented for each client.
